the staff were helpful, assistance available 24/7. rooms had clean amenities and a refreshing atmosphere. the pool looked clean, which i found admirable. fresh fruits were available at breakfast.

The long driveway to the main road required reliance on gojeks. This proved to be inconvenient. it was difficult to get around without transportation arranged in advance. this impacted spontaneous exploration.

the pool's depth was perfect for relaxation. the resort featured gardens. i observed the presence of a bar and a club, located close to the hotel. turndowns occurred irregularly during the nights.

i was disappointed by several aspects of my stay the main restaurant offered dreadful food with a limited range i felt i should have had access to all restaurants for the half board price the customer service didn't address this well there were many monkeys around the hotel these monkeys stole food and personal items this made me feel uncomfortable because the staff couldn't manage them i won't be returning

The resort was spacious with lots of open areas. the room was large, appointed well, and comfortable (i liked the bed!). food was magnificent. We had half-board and the quality was superb. the staff had genuine smiles and warmth. Everyone tried to.

the pool was somewhat shallow at 1.25m. it still had many palm trees, but it wasn't ideal for real swimming. i prefer deeper pools.

the staff was very attentive and positive. i thank all the hotel staff for their friendly service. they provided tailored meals for my allergic child, accommodating requests beyond the menu (it was so nice!).

Breakfast included great variety of fresh items. The staff was very friendly. Beds were definitely comfortable. I found the location good, I was able to access beaches and key spots easily.

I noticed some dust in certain areas around the hotel.

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It is good for a workout. The main pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section offering respite from the sun.

the pool area included free towels . the breakfast provided many options, it was delicious. a speaker was installed in the bathroom. the bathroom included very nice amenities, i used them all. the room was clean, i appreciated that. the fridge had complimentary drinks.

Building work occurred in the surrounding area! it created loud noises outside my room, starting early each day.
